What We’re Doing To Stay Safe

Weโ€™re working hard to keep the salon experience as safe as possible for both clients & staff. We confirm we comply with the governmentโ€™s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19.

Please read & follow our guidelines for everyones safety:

  • We kindly ask that you do not visit us if you have had ANY coronavirus symptoms, however mild, in the last 10 days OR if you have been in contact with anyone with symptoms in the last 10 days.
  • Please contact us by phone to reschedule your appointment if you canโ€™t attend.
  • Please follow up-to-date NHS guidance on self-isolating
  • In line with guidance we have switched to an appointment system.
  • Same day or immediate appointments are usually available.
  • Bookings can be made by phone or online (barber services)
  • Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you arrive early we may ask you to wait outside. If you arrive late, we may may not have enough time to complete your service.
  • Please respect social distancing guidelines, both in the salon and if waiting outside, for your own safety.
  • Please attend your appointment alone. One parent or carer may accompany where required.
  • Please use provided sanitiser for your hands on entry
  • Please wear a face covering to your appointment – unless you are medically exempt.
  • We have disposable masks available for 75p, if necessary.
  • Stylists will be wearing a face mask with either a visor or safety goggles for protection while carrying out services.
  • We have screen guards at reception
  • All gowns & towels will be fresh for each client
  • Tools, equipment, stations and chairs will be cleaned between clients.
  • To minimise cross contamination we have removed all magazines & newspapers
  • Free Client Wifi is available.
  • Unfortunately, we will not be offering refreshments at this time. Please feel free to bring your own drink (no food please).
  • Gents – Where possible, please arrive with pre washed hair. If you canโ€™t please add a shampoo to your service to allow enough time for your appointment.
  • Contactless payments available. We also accept Cash.
