Most of our team have been with us for years, but there are probably still a few things you don’t know about them… Next up in our team spotlight… Charlotte! ✨ In just over two and a half years, Charlotte has become a big part of life here at Francesco’s and a much-loved member of our salon family. With Charlotte, it’s never just about your hair! She has an incredible way with people, a big bubbly personality and loves making the whole appointment an experience. And behind all that personality is a very talented stylist too! She’s built an incredibly busy column and a loyal following, with her diary regularly fully booked. Her love of colour also saw her play her part in our recent Colour Salon award win. ☕ Go-to coffee: Hazelnut latte 🎵 Favourite music: A bit of everything, but especially pop punk, rock, musical theatre and anything I can dance to! 🌴 Dream holiday: Scandinavia or Bali… two very different choices! 💇 Favourite services: Hair extensions and balayage ✂️ Signature style: Lived-in beach blonde 🤍 Favourite part of the job: Making my clients feel amazing and confident! ⭐ Best thing about working at Francesco: The family 🇮🇹 🍕 Favourite food: Proper Italian pizza 📺 Currently watching: Ted Lasso 😂 What always makes me laugh: Definitely NOT Giovanni’s jokes 🙄😂 🧳 Perfect day off: Anywhere surrounded by nature 💛 Three words the team would use to describe me: Emotional, charismatic and quirky 💬 Something clients might not know: There’s not much my regulars don’t know about me! But some might not know that I’m professionally trained in dance and musical theatre. I originally had ambitions of being on stage before life took me in a different direction and I found hairdressing. Charlotte brings so much personality and energy to the shop floor, genuinely cares about the people in her chair and is a very talented hairdresser. We’re incredibly proud to have her as part of our Francesco family. 💛

Ellie’s Surprise Baby Shower 👶🏼🎀🩷 Last night Elli Ellie’s Surprise Baby Shower 👶🏼🎀🩷 Last night Ellie thought she was coming in to help out and cut hair (we’re not that cruel 😂) but little did she know she was going to be surprised with a baby shower to celebrate her little girl who is soon to be joining the team! 🫶🏻 We ate, played games, laughed, and might have had some impromptu dancing 💃🏻 🫣 The teams at Francesco’s & Fircroft want to wish Ellie all the best on her maternity leave and for the safe arrival of her little girl!! 💖
