We know everyone has busy lives and sometimes circumstances beyond your control may mean you have to cancel your appointment or are unable to get to your appointment on time. We’ll be as flexible as we can in accommodating this, however the following policies apply;
Our Cancellation Policy:
- If you need to cancel your appointment please call, email or message us via social media as soon as possible so that we have the opportunity to refill that time.
- Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee, equal to 50% of the booked services.
- If you are late for your appointment or miss it, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
- To cancel or change your appointment please call us on 01473 400034 or barber appointments can be managed online.
Our Booking Fee Policy
A booking fee of 50% of the cost of your service will be charged if you:
- missed your last appointment with us; or
- are booking for an appointment lasting more than two hours, such as hair colour or treatment.
The booking fee will be taken when you book your appointment and will be taken off your bill when you pay for the service or treatment you have received. The booking fee will be fully refunded if you cancel, as long as you give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
