We know everyone has busy lives and sometimes circumstances beyond your control may mean you have to cancel your appointment or are unable to get to your appointment on time.
However, when an appointment is missed or cancelled at short notice, it leaves a gap that we canโt always fill, which affects our team and other clients hoping for a slot. As a small business, we rely on booked appointments, so our cancellation policy helps us cover our costs and keep things running smoothly for everyone.
Weโll will always be as flexible as we can in accommodating this, however the following policies apply;
- If you need to cancel your appointment please call or email as soon as possible so we can make that time available to other clients.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 100% of the booked service cost.
- This fee also applies if:
- You arrive late and there isnโt enough time to complete your service.
- You miss your appointment.
- Weโll do our best to reschedule your service at a suitable time, subject to availability.
- The cancellation fee must be paid before booking future appointments.

Our Booking Fee Policy
A 50% Booking Fee is required if:
- You cancelled your last appointment with less than 24 hours notice
- You missed your last appointment with us.
- You are booking a service lasting more than 1 hour, such as hair colour or treatment.
This Booking Fee is charged at the time of booking and will be deducted from your final bill.
If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, the fee will be fully refunded.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, miss your appointment, or arrive late, the fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a new appointment.

Please note our booking system does not allow you to self-cancel online with less than 24 hours notice, so please call, e-mail or contact us via our social media channels.
If you have any concerns or exceptional circumstances regarding our cancellation policy, please speak to a member of our management team. All final decisions regarding booking fees and cancellations are at their discretion.
